Give yourself time to process what you shared or what you have heard.

Take what you liked about the experience and leave the rest. What you leave is covered by grace. No one is perfect.

Listen to your heart now. It should be speaking to you about the gems you discovered either about yourself as you shared your story, or as you listened.  A gem like this twinkles like a sparkle; it pulsates like beating heart.  Whatever it is, it will reveal it'self to you with it's shine that has already caught your eye. If a thought, concept, or awareness keeps reoccuring in your mind, it's probably the gem's pulsating, twinkle and shine.  Don't ignore it. Observe it for a while.  It's a beautiful sight to behold.

Use the gift. This is the fun part.  You've learned something so now is the time to apply it.  But, this is not school and this is not homework!  It's an open field.  You get to write your own story any way you want to and communicate it for others to hear if you so choose.  What I mean by this is express it in some way. Make the experience become a part of who you are. Do this in honor of the story teller and the time it took for the Good Listener, if not for yourself.  The expression can be in writing (literally), or in song, a guitar tune, a painting, a long walk alone as you listen to your internal dialogue.  It's an open field.  You have a right to your own form of self-expression.

Whether you have opened up your heart and shared your story or the truths of your life or you were the Good Listener, you will feel a sense of great energy from the experience.  The energy will either be more like a fresh out pouring, calm, and smooth or it will amp you up with a ferver for life, communication, and connection with other people.  I have no doubt about this because that's what this does.  It's a good thing. It's meant to be.

This time is meant to be cherished.  The following will help you experience it fully:
